RETURNS

We will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund within 10 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your piece must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. We will not issue refunds on jewelry that has been damaged, worn, or broken.

Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase. Please include a copy of the invoice that you received by email so we can process your request.

Items on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are not responsible for returns that may be lost or damaged. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for the return of your item. We strongly recommend shipping with a tracking number.

Should you choose to return your item(s) within our 10-day return window, please note that your refund will not reflect any shipping charges paid by the customer on the original order.

Elegant Elegant is not responsible for lost items or packages sent to the wrong address.
