SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING:

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-8 business days of purchase, unless purchased on pre-order.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post or other shipping carriers.

Delivery can take up to 4-8 days or more, depending on the time of year.

Please note all Boxknight orders that are “Next Day Shipping” will ship on the next business day that the merchant is open (i.e., if an order is placed on Friday, the Next Day Shipping will occur on the following Monday).

No shipping is done during weekends.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. Elegant Elegant is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your country’s government website for more information on whether you may be liable for duty or tax payments.
